Grievance Redressal Cell

FORMATION OF GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL AT H.O. ON 07.12.2010

You are aware that in the Foundation Conference of our Federation held at Chennai in December 2009, a resolution was passed unanimously for setting up Grievance Redressal Cell at the apex level to redress the grievances of the retired employees in our Bank, besides advancing the interests of the retirees fraternity in general. Thereafter, we have been taking strenuous efforts continuously by way of follow-up letters and several personal visits to Head Office, Bengaluru.

We are happy to inform you that on 07-12-2010, our Bank has constituted Grievance Redressal Cell headed by the General Manager (Personnel Wing) and consisting of Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager from Personnel Wing and an Overseeing Executive of terminal benefits. Industrial Relations Section, Personnel Wing is the nodal point, which would arrange to hold the meetings once in 6 months

Inaugural Meeting of Retired Employees’ Grievance Redressal Cell was held at 10.00 a.m. in Main Conference Hall, Mezzanine Floor in Head Office Building on 7th instant. Apart from Shri K.L. Jagdish Pai, Executive Director and Shri A.K.Nahar, General Manager, other Executives and Senior Officials from the I.R.Section, P.M. Section, Pension Fund, SPF & Gratuity Section also participated. Shri V.K.M. Varma & the undersigned from our Federation and Shri K.B. Ballur from the Retired Officers’ Association represented retired employees of our bank.
